Fixed my low back problems with an apple a day and salting it.
Have a cist on my kidney probably since my early 20s.
It helped the whole low back area. Years of ice did little to help. My sciatic got better too.

I just barely got started with my list. After you do all that and you celebrate being done, then they regenerate and bring their’s by to start all over. Then, dang if they don’t bring their’s! Jus sayn!
