it is like that everywhere, just today talking with a friend who also services high end apts. one maint for several properties. offices closed ,

stopped yesterday at a gas station/ in a nice area. closed in the middle of the day. sign on the door said it was closed due to staffing issues.

across the street, same area the Kroger looked like a third world store.

Seems that corporate America is taking it's cue from our government in the way they run things. and we are all suffering.

if you can find anyone worth a chit, sell 'em a turn key package.
Turns a $500 carpet n tile cleaning job into a $3000-5000 job.

I'm going to presume this isn't a mil "owned" operation and is simply a private for profit prop management co the mil contracts for housing?

they're no different than any prop management co.
and will cut wherever they can if they can get away with it

Some will pay what it's worth, most won't

doesn't tell me much

private co or gov owned?
even if gov owned, I'd expect they contract a prop management co to run it

I am by no means interested in doing what you did. I just offering a hand to help them get through a rush of move outs right now with only one guy around

Liberty Military Housing is a residential property management company serving the unique needs of America's military families. The company has earned a reputation during its two decades as the industry leader of military housing. Liberty Military Housing has committed its wealth of knowledge to improving and servicing military communities across the nation.

Privatized housing is also referred to as Public Private Venture (PPV) housing. It is owned by a private partner and governed by a business agreement in which the Department of Defense has limited rights and responsibilities. The private entity is responsible for managing the construction, renovation, maintenance and day-to-day maintenance and services of the community. PPV housing may be located on or off government property and may be former military housing.
