I realized the landlord got screwed by a bad renter.

I saved 5 areas originally only thought 4 areas were salvageable.

2 rooms hall steps still need replacing.

Question is........?

When we as professional give a honest assessment.

Why don't they believe us?


My dad always said your first loss is your best loss.


Chasing your tail to save money can cost you more in the long run.

Thank you I had two steamers working the time I cleaned....

I could use another 5 hours for the rest.

Renters were horrific they cleaned some carpet with bleach.

My shop is carpeted this is cleanup after installing a complete frontend and brake job on my chevy 3500 van. all carpets are cleaned and dried with rx20 then rinsed and dried with a old school drag wand
