This blower port looks like it can be turned? Any issues if I turn it to align with my waster tank port?

don't forget the cheater pipe too

Those fittings can be a monster.
Pull it, wire brush the threads and put anti-seize on it before re-install

My #4 misalign once. Didnt catch it for a few jobs until hurricane wind air velocity became kite flying 10 mph wind.

Smack’d it back to alignment, wahla.
