The very last one I did was small. Hot water heater in the house drained out of the pan into the living room and bedroom. No insurance involved. Tennant, owner, both thought i was a Knight Paid in days and I was happy. Still wouldn’t want to make a habit of it! I put the money in Ass National, I didn’t even leave It in TM
