it depends on what they're being run on. the problem with these segmented synthetic pads is the pad material wears faster then the segments on floors with lippage. So theoretically the pads will last 4,000 feet or whatever, but they get torn up in 1500. Now not only are you spending more on these pads than you would with better abrasives, you're losing money because they are wearing prematurely. if you're just doing demos and small floors with not too much lippage, sure, they'll last a few thousand feet. Resin diamonds can last a few hundred feet or thousands of feet. Depends on the stone, weight of the machine and how many passes you are doing, same as with the synthetic pads.
