you do realize he sends a pos Radio Shack cfm tester to CARPET CLEANERS to get these findings, right?Joe B has a chart that shows all the configurations of all diameters of hoses.
2 inch 4 to the door had the best CFM.
just sayin
so you made a chart?you do realize he sends a pos Radio Shack cfm tester to CARPET CLEANERS to get these findings, right?
It not that big of advantage over 2.5 inch.Joe B has a chart that shows all the configurations of all diameters of hoses.

Hay I bought one, it broke. hahahahyou do realize he sends a pos Radio Shack cfm tester to CARPET CLEANERS to get these findings, right?
Doesn't make sense...It not that big of advantage over 2.5 inch.
I run 50 to 60 2.5 to the door 50 ft of two.
Sometimes a 15 ft 1.5 whip.
Well I don't do my it it often.Doesn't make sense...
To run 2.5 to get increased airflow then 1.5 to reduce what you gained?
Actually I believe it's called the2.5 to 2 to 1.5
is that called "chokin' the chicken"??

I'll use 100' of 2.5" after 150' of 2", if needed. I think there's another 50' of 2" under the 2.5".
Rarely. I do a mortuary and a big ranch house that require 300'.how often do you run 250ft, Johnny?

Would you buy the new 425? What is suction like 100-150 ft away all the way up
I dunno about buying it, I'd have to try it. I got this used and it's my first truck mount that i got in 2019. The suction does well at 150 ft as long you set the blower for it. But the upgrading first run of hose to 2.5 improved it greatly. No complaints at all.Would you buy the new 425? What is suction like 100-150 ft away all the way up
370 would be a downgrade but 570 is good
I run the first 75’, 2 1/2” vacuum hose for most cleaning jobs on my Butler with their 47 blower.
I run 2 1/2” vacuum hose all the way to the tool, either Waterclaw or Extreme Extractor when pulling water through carpet and pad on a water damage job.
ThanksExtraction is faster than evaporation.. I've always enjoyed reading your posts..
