I like how everyone blends in, some of these guys are super successful but you would never know it. Everyone seems to to give their opinion and that's it.

That's a very astute observation about most of the posters here on the MB, Shane. A lot of successful business owners here, people who treat one another like colleagues in a profession who give one another help and support. The one exception is Fred Boyle who feels it's his job to ridicule and hurl insults at folks doing the same work as him. It's puzzling especially with his own success, but I think he has an underlying unresolved psychological issue.
