All my brushes are black, which is sort of goofy..

Soft is for wool.
I thought the same thing. White brushes were installed and then 2 sets of black, one slightly stiffer than the other. But after looking at the 2 black sets in good light you'l notice the stiffer one is a "brownish" black.

Mine had a note inside to break in the stiff brush for 5 minutes, cleaned open areas dug out some hair with my renovators on then shot a half gallon of water mixed with DS2 in some TFA and scrubbed it up. Pretty cool unit.

Soooo, has anyone damaged a carpet with their CRB?
Lockhart had a video a few years back when it looked like he shaved a sheep in someone's living room.

I'm not for certain but it didn't all look like dog hair. :shifty:
Umm unless the dog has hair that matches the carpet. :winky:

Break in your brushes before you get out on the clients carpet.

Maybe it's time to re-stretch your carpet?
its a cheap runner lol. my carpet fluffed up real nice. i havent tried it on my better rugs yet.

the thing really does have a strong pull but you cant feel it on carpet. it just feels like its gliding along.

With CRB you might want to either tip it sideways or tug it back when you switch it on, just to get the bristles out of the carpet fiber. They tend to dig in and bog down the start.
