Real bad rental carpet...

Should really have been replaced...BUT....

And didn't dare use the Rotovac 360 XL on it with surprise seams everwhere and just again...in terrible shape...

So 10" CRB and Zipper SS....

Hose it down with heavy duty prespray and extract.

A rental property is an investment and a source of income. Personally I would not want to have to replace the carpet too often so I would want it cleaned as well as possible to make it last.

Rental guy was refered by retired carpet cleaner older couple who went to MF vegas a few years back. He got hurt now he's done.

I pre vacuumed alot of dry soil, mixed up some pet chemistry which will piss some body off.

grease eater 2X strength 8 mini scoops in a 5 quart hydroforce, a couple glugs of DS2 and some KOplus.

Emptied all that on 4 small bedrooms and L/D combo, took 20 min tops to CRB the whole house,

renovators 1/2 full.

Customer said I took out stain's the the last guy didnt and it didnt stink like someone died when I finished.

I should of took more before pics lots of pet stains not to smelly.

that Ds2 has a good fragrance.
