1) Any specific programs that work best for you? (constant contact, aweber, youtube, social networks, etc?)
2) Where do the majority of your leads come from on the internet?
3) Do you collect their email addresses?
4) Do you do reminders via email?

Yes I get email address
yes I do emails to the customers who provide email.

Just wondering, How do clients find your website I went back 15 pages in Google under : carpet cleaning Howard Beach NY and still couldn't find your web page.

This stie tells you if your keyword is on the first 3 pages of 6 engines. It doesn't go further then that but still pretty handy. There's others that tell you your exact placement but this is free.

Thank's Al I found out I wasn't showing up in msn so I submitted my site.

Also, sorry John I found your site on page 1 for Google but it doesn't show up in other search engines.
