I'm always looking for a BETTER Way and FASTER Way to clean carpet
I have slowed down and become more customer oriented. I spend more time getting to know customers to better serve them.

Speed isnt as important as it use to be to me.
When I was hacking them out speed and efficiency meant more to me.
Im doing a better job now and I dont hurt so much.

Lisa Tom Beverly Marie for more than 30 years

I'm doing many houses now for children that are all grown up with their own families, but were little children or teenagers when I started going to their Parents House

Next month I will be starting my 33 Year in Business

I registered my business in Jan 1993

George,
I, agree VLM makes life so much Easier!
Minimal to no breakdowns.
Shut the door behind you.
No heat or air condition to escape.
Customers are not worried about bugs or lizards or snakes coming in.
VLM is Easier and Safer. {Dare i say Better?}

WHOLE LOT MORE PROFITABLE!!!!

That's ten and two more than I would ever want to encounter in the wild. I live on a lake and swim quite often in the summer. I don't want to worry about something taking me or my dogs down while enjoying the water.
Swimming in arbutus near traverse city as a kid i kept getting bit by something and everyone thought I was crazy.
Next morning there were crayfish covering everything. In boats on picnic tables everywhere. You couldn't walk to the beach without stepping on them.
Thats as close as I want to get to being bit by something in the water.

According to the local news station,
I watch in the A.M. I think they have more problems with black bears,
than alligators!

Hi all,
My 2 cents, no argument intended.

A truck mount would be awesome, but I'm not mechanically inclined and repair costs would likely eat me alive.
I started at 58 years old and didn't see a future where a truck mount made sense for me, as I could do quality work just slower without the cost and headache.

I have a Monsoon and Ninja - love them, a Westpack wand and a Turbo Hybrid for hard surface (I have enough pressure to drive the spinner AR whatever see Markovic and a Leo from Magic Wand).

I have a Trinity Phoenix, rotary 175 (I prefer over orbital - personal choice), an Austrian CRB, a steamer, and a Hawk Brute for polishing stone.

So much comes to personal choice, if you are trained with certain equipment and processes you should go with your strengths.
My best friend tells me "people don't care what you use, they want it done and quickly; you don't care what tools the mechanic uses you just want it fixed".

Don't listen to noise of what's best, just find how to get the best results with what you have. Listen to learn, not to see who has the biggest &!-%#^.

On carpet I like a carpet brush with metal center (or the Multibrush from Bonnet Pro) and if the carpet or rug needs extracted afterwards I use the portable or a pad driver with a bonnet.

I let the client choose, if they want the carpet dry quicker then VLM is the choice, a deeper clean with longer dry times I suggest HWE.

I was fortunate to work for Medama and go into hospitals and train their staff on floors care. We used the equipment they had and the Medama products (great line). I learned from the hospital staff and taught them things as well.
Polishing stone, stripping and cleaning vct, porcelain, lvt, Marmoleum etc.
Even hospitals use VLM so don't feel like it's second best.

I sell friendly quality service and great results and I get called back.
Since I'm semi-retired I get to talk to my clients and build a relationship and trust.

EASY MONEY

And I don't even have to vacuum

Are you reading this THEY LIVE 😍

I have only vacuumed carpet two times in 5 years

Because the cleaning ladies come in before me and vacuum

Yesterday they forgot their vacuum

Whatever their vacuum misses my CRB's get

I scrub and groom with CRB's so nothing is left behind except for damp carpet

That will be CLEAN and DRY in 1-2 Hours

I LOVE my Apt Complex !!!
