Just got a call to do carpets she wanted to know what equipment i was going to clean with i explained what frankinstien was and did. She said she was just making sure i wasn't going to just clean with a "floor polisher "like the last guy did he was in and out in very little time was very expensive and did a terrible job quote un quote i have no idea who it was no carpet cleaner around here offers vlm it would have had to have been chemdry from over the hill in ukiah

I had one a couple weeks ago that had been getting done by a local padder. He said mine dried just as fast but was way cleaner.

I often hear about how I leave the carpet soft and fresh smelling.

I use 175 after a water damages all the time !!!

Nothing sanitize better than Hydrogen peroxide after a water damage.....

So wet and forget?

I actually started with a porty. Then went to a Bane. Then to the truckmounts. Still do more porty work because it's just easier to reach on 2nd floors. Knew how do
bonnet work with the 175 using the green stripe bonnets and bought a bonnet machine less the Chemstracter. It was decent but chemicals were crap back then. I was more concerned with vct than carpet.

On a average size room I use about 1 gallon of water using my WORX Sprayer

HWE uses 5-6-7 10 ??? times the amount of water VLM uses

So compared to VLM, HWE FLOODS the carpet with gallons of water


TM's don't come with 20 gallon dirty water tanks for a reason

They come with 70-110 gallon tanks because HWE uses and WASTES Huge amounts of water


LESS water MORE agitation !!!

I may use 10 gallons of water but if I recover 8 gallons, that's the same or less as what you use.

your narrative. I suppose it helps you feel better about your processes. My PEX 500 don't flood carpet nor does my small truckmount. That's ridiculous and ignorant to say so.

I thought about getting a Pex 500, but I have a Ninja I like and chose the Monsoon for vac power.
So I have something to consider, why did you choose the Pex 500 over a Monsoon or Mytee?

Every instructor will tell you to limit the amount of moisture you put on carpet or upholstery; a washing machine soaks, rinses and spin dries in a way no extraction tool can.
Clothes don't have padding like carpet and upholstery, which we need to prevent from bleeding color or deposits onto the surface.
Carpet Muscle has a video where he pulls the piss soaked carpet, tore out the padding, cleaned and sealed the cement, put in new padding, cleaned the underside of the carpet, stretched and installed the carpet, cleaned the top of the carpet.
I'm trying to point out there are methods of cleaning with vlm for even piss soaked carpet and people willing to do the work.
I watched another video where they used OSR and soaked and extracted doing the same thing Carpet Muscle did.

Maybe you've been blessed and the other man doesn't have your good fortune, opportunities, experience whatever and he may be doing the best he can.
We shouldn't knock people down who work hard, we should encourage and help each other.

Condog, Dang, that thing is easy to maneuver, load, and is quite. Has a side discharge hose and a hose hook on other side. Pressure release valve really is handy and it has good heat. For carpet tile and cgd, it's awesome. P.S. I was one of the blessed ones that had a Mytee catch fire in a customers home. That too was one of the things that #burnt me on residential, literally
