I am impressed with these responses and really appreciate seeing this kind of service.

Not sure who brought this to Jordan's attention, but really appreciate this effort to try and help correct these concerns.

I'll be impressed if they actually stand behind wear warranty, and replace the carpet.. I have yet to see it! Talk is just talk..

I agree I have only seen the mills replace one carpet in all my time as a cleaner.

I have seen replacement happen twice....but otherwise would agree.....

Not very often (or ever) warranty replacement takes place.
