I hope Oz sees this...

I was called to come clean a bath room we did in 2010 again shower, floor and counter.

She made no big deal of it but said she wanted the color seal touched up.

The color seal peeled right off @ areas close to the sink and under the soap dish, as I re-cleaned it with just 500 psi even more seal came off. Now the floor was color sealed too but held up perfect and my cleaning would no budge it. I think there may have been some sort of acrylic additive on the counters used that prevented a good bond. Usually you can tell right away when the CS wont stick and we stop and explain to the customer why it wont work.

I was not on this job the 1st time but if you do see this Ox, it was in that apartment on Atlantic on the 2nd floor by the pool. Davis sure remembered her....lol

I had one that looked just like that. The only place it did it was around the toilets in each bathroom. I blamed it on her toilet bowl cleaner. LIKE!

Luckily when I originally did the job I left her the leftover color sealer and she still had it so I just touched it up a bit.

I would expect some(any) call backs if we had a hand in the failure but who knows..
