to be honest it's a way better review than I would of given myself, I left a reducer on their wool carpet but I don't think it will fade away completely..

tipping is such a foreign concept to us, I'd have no idea how to handle it

I was really shocked, but she sort of explained it by saying “give yourself a $200 tip. I’ve moved many times and owned a lot of houses and I’ve never had anyone clean as well as you ... by far!”

I really think my prevacuuming and edging had as much to do with it as anything.
