The vac hose going to the actual tool, of smaller diameter than the rest of the vac hose ; a subject that many self-proclaimed experts and BB guru's pontificate about endlessly. :?
Try it out yourself and make your own conclusions on what best suits you and your machine.

Ok, I went back and read all the posts and my fricken eyes hurt.

This is easy
I ran a 1.5x20' whip for a year with a 1.5 glided wand. Happy with it.
I went to a no whip 2" vac to a 2" wand with a glide and oh my God what a difference. Way drier before I leave and is alot easier to clean.

I put the 2" vac hose on my 1.5 wand with a 6inch "whip" (just an adapter really) and I could tell the huge difference.
I put that same little whip on my 1.5" stair tool and have doubled my production as far as dry time and cleanablity...and I don't even have a glide on it..Sorry Greenie...you didn't hear me type that.

All in all in the real world their is a huge difference and anyone who says other is dead wrong and a true fucktard.
