Our 2009 GMC had to have the transmission rebuilt. It had less than 40,000 miles. It was completely covered by GM's warranty. Never had an issue with transmissions in all the decades we owned GMC's with Butlers. This was a first.

2 weeks ago I had another first. Direct drive belts break due to pulley seizing:

Things happen. No way to plan for this one. Once Butler was notified, I had the parts shipped over night and installed the same day they arrived. (It was a little bit of a trick to get the old seized pulley off)

This truck just turned 40,000 miles this week with less than 1900 hours. It has a rug tray installed in it, along with the high heat option as part of the package.

It may up for sale soon. Let me know if anyone is interested by private message. We try to buy new about every 4 years and the time has approached. (This truck is garaged and thus protected from the weather when not in use)

Nice that you got your pulley replaced so fast, Tom. Pretty weird on the tranny. Glad it was covered!!

We had issues with our 2010 GMC this week. See thread below. Suburban had the new fuel pump put in pretty quickly I think--about 40 hours later.

Been working fine everyday since. Here we are working today! Memorial Day at a famous restaurant that is closed for the day:

Love the high heat option:
