The last few months I was worried I'd drop out of top 25. When Waldo and his staff were in
Phoenix testing me and other select cleaners he told me he was blown away........this year as part of my "value added service" to customers when I'm done cleaning and right before I hand them the invoice I bust out 5 pushups. Nothing extra, just 5 old fashioned "GUN SHOWS". Customers are blown away by this. The other thing Waldo noticed was my new slogan on the side of my van that reads "60% of the time our cleaning system work 100% of the time".
PS One other of my new VAS techniques is this: upon arrival at a job I immediately ask to use the bathroom. I like to see how clean the toilet is to decide whether I really want to bring my equipment in and work on their house. If toilet too dirty I pass on the job and move on to next one.
