pull both the heads while I have it apart? Have them both serviced or just fix the one side that has the stuck valve?

I would check both sides while it is down.
How many hours on it?

About 1900. I take very good care of my machines. I got 4400 on my 20hp briggs.

I pulled both heads. One place told me the valves can not be serviced, said to replace the head. This sounded funky to me. Disposable heads? Come on!
