Looked at a 22,000 sq ft of glue down carpet tiles in a social security admin. office. Its about 10 years old and janitorial service have been maintaining carpet with some kind of dry cleaning system. Been steamed once but had trouble getting carpet dry, plus left a odor problem, which caused some employee issues. What would you charge for a low moisture cleaning and what product would you use? Thanks Mike

For pricing I would be somewhere in the $.09- $.12 range and Cimex with Releasit or Snake Oil.
Even at .$09 if it's fairly wide open with some office /cubes you should be in the $150-$200 per hour range.
I've never used Mist and bonnet so not sure about it.
