I agree. But at the time when I got the contract I was just happy to get it. It was one of my first commercial jobs. So I just grind it out every 6 weeks. It's only 500 sqft and takes me about 2 hours to clean. The pain in the ass part is getting the employees to move the tables and chairs. They never are ready for me, even when I call ahead.

I wish I had my new Orbot already. This would be perfect to test it out on. I'll be prescrubbing with my 106 lb. 175 and red pad. Thanks for the tip @Mikey P. Works great every time.

I unceremoniously dumped a restaurant after they had me drive twice up to Chattanooga, only to say the day guy hadn't told the night guy, could I get done in 30 minutes? We rescheduled and when I returned, the night manager had forgotten and could we reschedule again?
I very kindly pointed out that he had cost me 400 miles and would need to call someone else who didn't mind getting jerked around.

In the last 30 years cleaned 1 restaurant at night & that was because the CEO & other bigwigs of Marie Callender's were touring the place the next day...started at 11:00 pm & finished at 5:00 am.
After we start working MGR tells me keep an eye on the back door, there has been a string of armed robberies of restaurants as soon as the last customer leaves & the El Torrito across the street got robbed last night...NO THANKS.
