That's Joe Rorkes invention. Canadian inventor of Aquatec truck mount systems. Similar to a Cleanco. Some say Cleanco copied his truck mounts.

He is one of the original pioneers of PTO truck mounts in Canada, along with Jim Miller who has passed away. Jim made the JEM units. Both JEM and Aquatec were pretty well bullet proof units. Well known locally for reliability.
