So how does Stanley soak rugs so bad with that weak ass flow?

No dry strokes?

Heavy detergent rinse?

Wand lock down?

all of the above plus Wategard?

Found the wand at my kid's apt complex sitting on the grass.

What a tank.

I'm impressed with how well the Mytee Bentley does with 8 flow but 4?

No pre vac, no prespray...
Explains a lot, don't you think?

i think its the kids on commission

leave waste tank valve open?
never cleans the waste tank filters?
forgets to hook the vac hose to the waste tank?
speeedy passes on the carpet and wand never comes in contact with the carpet

we don't hear very good reviews from our local ss franchise either but they are still here

I worked at steemer for a few years and those wands are heavy.. I dont know what size tip they have, not sure if they all come with that tip either.

The cleaning style varies from tech to tech. I have seen some crazy stuff at steemer... people rolling with 800-1000 psi cleaning the carpets.

There certification class is the same as the IICRC but with there being so many techs its hard to keep up on on proper cleaning.. They have a huge turn over rate.. Crew cheifs after a couple of weeks.

You know when youre working for the man there at steemer, no one cared about doing a good job, they just wanted to get paid... Upsell.. Upsell.. upsale

Doing 5-7 houses a day.. you can see why their techs cut corners..

Well its like anything most of these companies have The Guy who has experience and can make it work and satisfy customers. Been doing it for years,

Then they have nick the new guy who trained with Afief the thief and just want a paycheck but dont want to earn it.

All the above but experience knowing your equipment and the type carpet your fighting helps.
