40 vol as large area spotter

I do alot of rentals and as most of you know, they can get really trashed. For the dark areas in front of where the couch was, around the table, or in front of the kitchen, I mist over the areas with a good trigger sprayer filled with 40 vol. Then, I prespray the whole place normally, and clean.
Works perfect!

Oh yeah, I bought these nike sneakers a few weeks ago, and if i use enzall or grease eraser, the black from the bottoms transfers onto light carpet. They are the only sneakers that have done that so far. Not wearin them anymore!

If you are cleaning rentals then you need to skip the 40 in the trigger sprayer. those black areas need a solvent more than anything. You don't have time for HP to do any work.
