Texture and laminated photographs are the sign that it's porcelain

You really need to spend some time in tile stores, there should be no reason at this point in your career to be "pretty" sure about that tile.

The front is more of a give away than the back.

When I walked in and looked at it, I called my wife immediately and said stay home I don’t need my stone products for this. I didn’t have acid and the scratch test pretty much made sure it wasn’t natural. But when someone Insist you start to question and check

Ceramic has a clay baked body, porcelain is that color all the way through

Most flooring contractors have 2-3yr warranty she should also get the roc involved
