Is there any time where the cream would be better than the liquid?

I always think about buying a bottle when I’m at Sally’s

Vertical surfaces applied with former wall washing.
For surface foam as well.
Let dwell.
Foam enables less chemical migration downwards.
Whilst using less chemical.

If you're buying 40 volume from Sally's for textile stain removal, you're better to dilute it 50/50 with distilled (never tap) water.

The cream would likely be problematic to dilute.
I wasn't thinking about diluting it. I was referring to the reason we use solvent based gels. It doesn't soak down under the carpet. I was just wondering if it has the same potential if longer dwell times are needed
