@Justin Stockwell or anyone else. I'm noticing my water pump belt starting to whine at 1000+ psi. It may be time to tighten it. Is this procedure a pain in the rump? I haven't really looked into this, but figured I'd ask. Thanks.

some manufactures can make belt adjustment difficult-- and I have 3 machines from two manufactures that did. :hopeless:
I corrected the design flaw in one of them.

I'll be attempting the maintenance early tomorrow morning. It's 106° now and it will be 110° tomorrow.

No. Not really. You have to loosen the pump. The pump bolts are bit of a pain. Mine got loose too around a 1000 hours. I do a lot of work at 2500 psi on high and no squeal.
