99 vortex - engine wont shut down

It's been acting up, not wanting to shut down randomly, turn the key off, the lights and everything turn off, but the engine continues to run...

Is there an emergency stop somewhere on the injector pump? My Mercedes have this.

I remember Lockhart mentioning someone calling him with that problem. You might give him a call, he should be able to tell you what it is.

The "shut off motor" is not functioning, it pulls on the shutoff lever of the injector pump. I'm going to check the relay and fuses when my migraine subsides.

You don't want to choke it out manually, it would be better just to move the engine stop plunger and it will stop immediately.
