A cold weather cleaning tip for 2nd floor or higher to prevent freezing

Alkaline but actually even with acid, not much difference in effect to the prespray really....

We only need to use 1 quart per 2.5 gallon container and fill to the top actually...this container, I had filled up the container under the Butler Lid that morning....
