In these pics I used a combination of the cimex with beige pads, Rv360i, wand. sometimes only the Rv, sometimes a combination. Lots of different chemicals in use. Pro's choice, Masterblend, judson O2 system, etc..

yeah, some of this carpet is extremely shitty poly so I could only do so much. The picture with the kitchen Island in it had already been cleaned by a cheap carpet cleaner 2 weeks earlier, it was 17 year old worn down nylon.

Looks like the one Joe sells. I have it on my Westpac and like it.

these are all apartments so idgas if the carpet is raked afterword. If my heat is turned up full I will get 250deg   at the rv360. This is running the trigger without pause as I back my way out of an apartment while my assistant pulls hoses. I usually turn the heat down because who the hell needs 250.

Just listening to Mikey...shut up Mikey....that "first impression" thing even with rentals is really improved by grooming the carpet.

Even the cleanest carpets can look like crap before grooming. It's like going to bed with yer hair wet....(did I just use a Stoopid arse analogy like that?).

Sometimes even a dry stroke is a good grooming technique.
