A little bit of Rotary Love at the Expereince Convention

Had 3 of the industry Rotaries going at the same time....

Would have spent more time doing video on the RX 20, but there was little more stop and talk action taking place over there at the moment.

Was some super trashed out garbage carpet...Motor Oil, ground in potting soil, dumped food and condiments....it was a mess! Enjoy :)

The RE's did a great job...and on this type of carpet....well....I would have tried to encourage the clients to throw it away....

But....if I run into something of this nature....I don't waste my time....

That RE is coming off the van and getting busy!

Because REs are overkill most of the time if you have a nice repeat client base
I think we are building a great customer base. Many of them will have us in yearly. BUT when you throw mad kids, dogs, and cats into the mix....the RotoVac gets used in most cases...at least in the living room.

When you commit to a tool like a RE and put it to DAILY, regular use it is amazing how much more efficient you can become with it over time. It's nowhere near as time consuming for me to do an awesome job with it as it was in the beginning. But the experience didn't come cheap. It has been set up and used on hundredS of jobs in the past couple years.

I agree Russ. I wouldn't clean without one on the truck.

Whether the carpet has a soil load requiring an RE or not, I feel that an RE restores the fullness and texture that it makes it worth using on nearly every job.

I have a difficult time taking you seriously. You expressing a personal cleaning opinion is like ME giving advice on managing a multi-van restoration company.

Get back on your mower.

I don't see anything coming out better than I would get it with a 175 and a hot rinse. Not convinced yet.

If what we are all doing is cleaning carpet, and all cleaning is a matter of degree....there is NO tool that is more efficient than a rotary extractor.

It just takes SLIGHTLY longer (with practice) to get the carpet WAY cleaner and restore the pile as much as possible.

We are professionals. Our clients will gladly pay us more than someone who refuses to use the most professional tool to do the BEST job.

THOSE are the most valuable customers!
