The most frustrating part of that job is that the building manager refuses to cooperate with me in getting a parking spot. If I could reserve a spot, I could clean that stairwell with a 120 foot run of hose with the truck mount in under 1/2 hour. Can't bring the big porty either because there is only one power outlet. That's where good chemistry really saves the day.

Those look like they would track in a lot of sand pebbles and dirt. I like a smoother sole for work. Preferably not black also.

I usually go with a white or light colored sole. I have had color come off shoes walking through prespray.

Those are my agitation tools. The gum sole really bites into wet carpet. They work good as an edger too.

I take off my shoes and use my socks to get into corners, edges and stairs when I’m encapping.

Lol yeah the problem with the gum bottom is it reduces your choices. But I like the high tops too especially in winter.
