My toque gets doffed to Jeremy Sweetland - a man of with a big streak of a rare commodity- integrity. The jiggler that was up for bid went to him in a totally fair process, but he gave me an opportunity to pick it up instead. I've made my mind up on a fixer upper TM as my next expense, but I found his gesture very refreshing. I'll only cheerlead for people that go that one step further and Jeremy not only understands it , but delivers it. Good job!
