I have been using prochem tile nag grout restorative acid cleaner on tough stuff. Are there any products I can buy at the box store that would work just the same?

I did a job today that seem to have a thin layer of wax. It took a lot of elbow greese to get it right. I was wondering if I need to keep a stripper on the van as well. I will not do a job if it's loaded with wax though. What I did today would be my limit.

Thanks

If you're in a bind you can get the Behr acid at HD. It etches like the others.

As for strippers there's a lot of them. Go to your local jani store and ask what they recommend. Buying it local will be a plus because you'll more then likely run out in a middle of a job one day and you'll know who stocks them.

Suggestion?

I carry Bare Bones and a Johnson product - fast strip - I believe. Spray stripper doesn't really matter as it will be used on spots and testing areas in question.

A heavy.degreaser, enzyme product, and oxidizer round out my high pH side.
