im going to use your suggestion.

if yours is a Certified brand (or one of the Cert knock-off clones) 1.5" whip hose with 1.5" vinyl cuff fits right inside the port where the bag connects
I used to throw a few wraps of tape around the outside of cuff to make it tight.
But i don't bother with that anymore, cause when the TM starts, it'll suck down more than tight enough.
all i do now is stuff it in the port and bungee the hose near the top of handle

I can't recall a single company that was crystal clear (not encap crystal but honest crystal) with their clients that what they are getting is a "Clean Look" not really clean.

Commercial quotes get a folder containing all sorts of info, one page is dedicated to explaining the difference between hwe and encap.

The client must know, compare apples to apples and oranges to oranges. You are not going to win many hwe quotes if everybody else is bidding encap(and the client doesn't know).
