Aero Tech spool

I got the spool today that i won in the auction. I didn't realize it was a factory defect. I have to say I'm a little disappointed in the quality of their work. In its current condition it is unusable. The feet aren't even close to flat, the handle won't turn without hitting on both sides and one bearing is crooked by 3/16. Who ever put the bearing in had to know because he pushed it in crooked to offset the misaligned bracket. Currently they are bidding a job for me but this makes me second guess that. I'll fix it and move on.
