We do, we don't push it enough. We did 35K in ducts last year with very little promotion mainly our own clients.

No add on sales. Minimum $400.00 most are around $500.00-$600.00 range. Its hard, hot work they average a little over $100.00 an hour. Most jobs take 4-5 hours

If I got the training and man power, I'd jump into this.... A lot of hack work done here... I'd have a nice referral network as I know a lot of refrigeration guys...

Talk to your dad. Hire one of those HVAC techs and get an Abatement Technologies portable. We've done retirement apts with the portable and it does a great job on smaller systems. Its easier to work with on above ground level work than the gas fired.
