I have a Sudebaker Airpath. Has anyone ever gotten the fan blade off the motor shaft if so how. I think they did not line up the shaft slot with set screw and you cant get a gear puller around the blade hub so it aint budging. I left it with a customer, was running fine then the blade started rubbing against the motor not good. Called them no answer. DriEAS SAID GOOD LUCK, 800.00 I don't think they should be disposable.

take so emery cloth and sand the shaft real good...Spray some lubricant on it and then lift it up from under the blade to get some weight on the fan and tap it with a mallet...not a metal hammer..you don't want to mushroom the end of the shaft....works every time....

Jim and Michael were both correct. Keith gave me the same advice as Jim. Airpath repaired. Thanks for the help.
