My opinion. There are definitely some pros and cons. I've had both good and bad experiences with them.

99% have been good to me.

best referral generator I have had. I LOVE cleaning empty homes. Almost all the time the buyer or seller pay, but lately the realtor pays as the gift to the buyer.
The only negative is that they operate on a rush rush basis and they dont plan ahead, so be prepared for last minute appointments.

I weed out the bad ones with my price. I expect them to be at the premises or to supply access. I don't pick up keys unless I am paid for it.
