I had one of John Gs machines and experienced his customer service and would recommend you avoid doing any business with him.

On another note... I get as good of results using a 175 as I ever did with his jiggler and I tried everything.

I also didn't notice the need for the weight kit. I have it and its ready to go but no real need for it.
Sometimes I would just use a prescrub on heavy traffic areas with a fiber pad and then followed by microfiber and superzorbs.
