Always Slammed Last Week Of The month

We have discovered we get slammed on the last week of the month like clockwork.
I was wondering if this is normal for others or maybe it has to do with the clients I market.

Yes, then the first week it slows.

Our coupon offers used to end on the 30th of the month, so we would get those last minuted folks who wanted the deal at the very end of the month....

Switched the expiration dates to the 5th of the following month, waiting to see if it makes a difference.

People are moving near the end of the month.

1st week can sometimes be slower for me than normal.

Mondays seem to be the biggest call volume days.

Hoping the end of the month will be lose going forward.. As I'm off from Nov 23 till Dec 9th, then Dec 21st till Jan 10th...
