Got my android phone, now just need the apps to make full use of it.

Is there a good app that allows you to create appointments from your contact list or from the call display number?

A good app for vehicle maintenance/fuel log

Whats the one that allows you to scan bar codes or those website bar codes?

any other good apps you're using?

Get the barcode scanner. If you havent already, you need to make a QR signature for yourself. IMO the business card will be used less and less. People will just scan your signature and have your info stored right to your phone.

what's teh advantage of Tapatalk over simply using a browser?

are you using the free version of aCar? Are you able to export the data?

I bought the paid version of aCar. For me it was worth it for the ability to do back ups because I do a lot of tinkering with my phone, including data wipes. I'm not sure about the free version but with the paid you can import/export in csv format and also a ton of vehicle management programs.

The advantage to tapatalk is hard to describe. Basically it's just faster and easier to navigate. I'm able to keep up with threads way better than I ever did with my laptop or computer desktop.
