A couple of months back, I did a $240 in 5.5 hours. Brady came to check on me thinking he’d find me dead.
It was a perfect storm of filthy and over the phone pricing coupled with no way to get a price increase approval.

Does that happen often where your customers want their upholstery cleaned outside? It seems like a bad visual for others who may drive by seeing you out cleaning in the driveway.

And how did you get it outside?

If the customer helped you, who is responsible when you damage a door frame or tear the fabric carrying it in or out?
