As far as I'm aware, there is no scheme like that going on up here.
I say "up here" as we are so far north of the smoke (Brisbane).
Yet to you guys, we are "down under". shiteatinggrin
Work wise, in Cairns we are basically a tourist town with sugar cane, etc;
Residential work is at the lowest I have seen in 25 years, however commercial has picked up twofold.
Rugs and leather cleaning, especially clothing, is also strong.
