Sure, my full time lead tech is my 23 year old son and he works 40-55 hrs per week. I have another part time 35 year old tech that mostly works our restaurant accts and assists on bigger jobs if we need him. Then I just rehired a young ex-military guy that left for greener pastures and is back helping whenever I need him. He is a sharp young man and I would love to groom him for second truck. Then I have a couple go to people in the event of an emergency like when my knee blew out this past summer when I was trying some basketball with my 12 year old
