Is that a urethane based that will eventually flake or is it acrylic that will need stripped?

All based on lies.

I've observed that people who lie and cheat for a living are miserable pricks .
I’ve seen the factory seal being damaged from harsh chemicals making the floor look blotchy, so I might use something like that to bandaid it

But any other reason to “up sell” is shady

Mine is 7 1/2 years old and still looks brand new. I wouldn’t dare put any topical on it any more than ceramic tile. Just about the same stupid. My entry floor is 10 yrs old now, solid wood look. It has visible scratches, but I’m gonna replace with porcelain soon. No topical on the damaged just to keep going🙄

I’ve focused on my shop and spent quite a bit of money making it what I wanted. I’m pretty much done now, so I’ll do small things like entryway in my house. It’ll be nice for someone someday🤷🏼‍♂️😃
