The recurrence option?

I have some accounts set up on Quarterly and Semi-Anually (Not Analy, Harp :roll: )
Makes life easier for me because I don't depend on the custy to remember....not that I did that before but it's nice to know that I won't forget.

Yes that is a nice feature. I want to get service monster in with the company I'm with. It would settle a lot of their marketing woes, tracking, and scheduling issues they have with their current software.

I found that the majority of our commercial accounts like that fact that we would take care of the scheduling and they didn't have to remember. A call the the contact person or facility manager 2 weeks before the cleaning date; and an email that they could forward to all personel so the building would be ready. As of right now we have keys and key fobs to all the buildings we maintain, and that phone call/email works wonders for us.
