Now I can see the wheel assembly, looks like a copy to me, just minimized the box dimension.

15" is all you need. Think about the benefits of doing 12'-20' passes and only needing to dry pass over the heavily soiled areas. My 15" zipper is awesome with my Titan. I kinda wish it was a 4jet, but I don't know how much of a difference it would make
That's what I've been saying. 4 jets at 8 flow.

15" at 9 flow. So six 1 1/2 jets. How well does it work on restaurants? I want a quicker way to do greasy restaurants
You will probably the Zipper spinner. Seems to work much better than the standard Zipper on heavy soil. Check out some of Marks videos.
