It’s rubbery. That’s all I know.

What strength chemical to emulsify the funk should I use? Water temp???

You really do make a lotta to do about nothing. I use to have it in a cafeteria. It’s in medical facilities, dialysis units, you name it. Like linoleum with welded seams

That floor looks like crap and what I just read about marmoleum...it says to use neutral cleaner only. I'd rather turn down a job than buy a floor

Theres special stripper for marmoleum. Regular stripper or high ph like tsunami will bleed the color out and ruin the factory finish. Its like vct but made from linseed I think. Only did it on one small floor but I was able to make it look good enough to get away with it. Neutral cleaner is usually all you need unless the janitor went to town with the old costco floor wax.

Judging just by the picture alone, I’d be expecting to pretreat with Procyon and rinse with my tile wand.
